Forever, For Always, For Luther Volume II:

FOREVER, FOR ALWAYS, FOR LUTHER VOLUME II is the highly anticipated sequel to the Grammy nominated tribute to the life and legacy of Luther Vandross. The album features a star-studded line up including Kirk Whalum, Patti Austin, Will Downing, Jeff Lorber, Jonathan Butler and Wayman Tisdale. The album is produced by the same team responsible for Volume I which scanned 115,000 united and garnered a #1 Urban AC and a #1 Smooth Jazz single.

Rendezvous Entertainment’s FOREVER, FOR ALWAYS, FOR LUTHER VOLUME II is partnered with the American Heart Association’s life saving campaign, “The Power To End Stroke.” The campaign seeks to raise awareness of the warning signs of stroke and is especially targeted to the African-American community. Early detection of stroke symptoms can prevent or greatly minimize many of the debilitating consequences of a stroke.

Legendary vocalist Patti Austin, who worked closely with Luther Vandross, will be the projects spokesperson. It was Luther’s stroke that inspired Patti to loose over 150 pounds and become involved with “The Power To End Stroke.” Look for an all-star FOREVER, FOR ALWAYS, FOR LUTHER Tour scheduled for early 2007.
